Traditional Braces

Traditional braces, either composed of ceramic or metal, have been used for decades in order to straighten patients' teeth. Recent advances in orthodontic treatment technology has resulted in braces that are lower-profile, more comfortable and easier to care for than they have been in the past.

How Braces Straighten Teeth

Brace apply pressure continuously to your teeth over a period of time in order to slowly move them into their new and corrected positions. 

As your teeth move under this continuous pressure, the bones in your mouth and jaw change to accommodate your smile's new appearance and shape.

Invisalign Clear Aligners

Using Invisalign clear aligners, your smile is gradually straightened using a series of customized and clear plastic aligners which are adjusted over time in order to move your teeth into their prescribed positions. 

Invisalign clear aligners offer convenience as well. They are removable for when you'd prefer that no one know you are undergoing orthodontic treatment. s

Similar in appearance to custom whitening trays, they are easy to insert. You can even remove them to eat, drink, brush and floss!
